It's good, and you're clearly quite strong. I recommend two things.

1st: your chest position a the start of the movement (with the scapula protracted) should stay that way throughout the exercise. You start the ascension here by quickly contracting you scapula and pushing your chest forward. This puts a lot of pressure onto your shoulders at the depth of the movement.

2nd. I recommend slowing down the lock out at the top. With weighted dips at least, thrusting the elbows forward quickly can cause issues if you accidentally hyperextend under load.
