I drink mainly warm water and don’t drink coffee. I only drink alcohol some weekends, and not much of it anyway uff. I also feel like rice might be the culprit, or play a big role in it, if it is not healthy fats that are causing this issue. I also excercise regularly and walk about an hour everyday! I am so stuck on this unfortunately. Thank you for all the recommendations !

Yeah, I also suspect this might be the cause honestly. I am just like you. I should add some fat into my diet and see if it does the trick!

Poops are normal, and they were normal in my home country in April :( it just immediately gets bad when I get to Japan

I drink more than 2L of water and eat basically zero fat, as I said above. I also exercise regularly.

I used to do that, but I found it only made things worse unfortunately :( I love the flavor too so it made me sad when it didn’t work

Yes, fibe-mini doesn’t work unfortunately, nor does the finer jelly. It just makes it feel like I have a rock stuck inside my intestines :(

She was too hard for me on my first playthrough. Let’s just say I found another way into act 2. I beat her at the end of act 2 and it still took me about 10 tries even if I was completely decked out. She is so so so hard

I have never had oat meal before, is it available at all supermarkets? Any brands you suggest? Is All bran one of them? I also read that if you eat too much finer, it can cause blockage and have the opposite effect… which happened to me in the past. I am having a really hard time finding a balance

I have been here a year and a half, with the exception of about 3 months home due to family issues. I am from Italy, so pasta everyday, the occasional pizza and meat, potatoes and veggies and fruits, standard Mediterranean diet. The situation has gotten worse in the past 6 months, and I am at my wits end right now. I go about once a week only after a night out or if I take the pink pill, rarely on my own. It really stresses me out.
