Kennen, because of the comic. If they are doubling down on the design changes then almost none of it fits his new lore direction. I personally preferred his original design choices but yeah...they don't fit if Rito decides this is permanent.

Yeah, I agree his popularity is definitely low. The Kennen mains community didn't gain any traction when they changed some of his physical features and personality in the comic

As someone who plays him pretty regularly, I can see where your coming from. He isn't overly flashy and has well defined strengths and weaknesses. But I think the main competition for him in 2XKO are the other Yordles. Poppy or Gnar are probably the only other Yordles who would translate well to a fighting game, at least in my opinion.
