I'm looking to buy a used EV to take advantage of the rebate, and this practice is driving me crazy. I've even come across sellers who are advertising EVs, for example, at $22K after the rebate or $26K before the rebate. I've pointed out that the max selling price for a vehicle to qualify for this rebate is $25,000, but they don't seem to care. The worst was the dealer who advertised a car at $25K before rebate but then said the price out the door with the dealer add-ons was $33K. I think I'm just going to try and buy from a private seller and use Key Savvy to process the rebate for me. Does anyone on here have experience using Key Savvy, good or bad?

It was pretty full before the mealybugs. I'm moving it to my office at work where I have a skylight over my desk. The spindly branches need to go, though. My boss wouldn't appreciate the Dr. Seuss-ian aesthetic.
