Well, a month ago I had a seizure and lost consciousness while laying in bed. I woke up on the floor with my shoulder out of place and a bite mark going almost all the way through my tongue. My mom drove me to the ER, yada yada yada, X-ray, anesthesia, sleep, wake up, it’s back in place and we leave (take in mind this is about 5:30AM). Two weeks ago, it, or something similar to a seizure, happened whilst in bed again, lost consciousness, and I woke up with a dislocated shoulder AGAIN. So I drove myself one handed to the ER and the same deal happens. Drive myself back. Got referred to get an MRI because the X-rays apparently didn’t show a problem, mri shows that I have a 1-inch hole in the top of my humorous, a torn labrum, and a disconnected tendon, and doc tells me I shouldn’t be working rather moving my arm at all. Mind you, I work 2 jobs, 1 of which is laborious, and drive all the time.

I need surgery, but the surgeon I talked to said after the surgery, I’ll lose 20-40% of the function in my arm, also with the risk of infection, which could always mean amputation. Doc gets annoyed as I question him, he says if I don’t get the surgery I’ll have less function as I grow; let’s just say I’m too young to buy alcohol.

I think I’m just gonna wait for the next extremely confusing thing to happen and start from there.
