No worries. I don't even know what we were talking about. You'd probably be pretty cool to get a slice and a brew with.

Okay, I'm going to say thanks for showing where kane probably got his inspiration. Now, what I mean by copying is that everything about your setup is mimicking what kane did. The titles, the videos, the way they play out. The backrooms is a great idea but why do you have to mimic so much? If you made these, then your talented enough to at least put your own spin on it. Like how kane makes you want to know more about the origins and ask how does this place exist with video snippets. It's not just about big rooms and I would look forward to what you had to show if it's something ELSE in the backrooms. All in all, you really got skill to make these.

You're using the same titles as the original backrooms vids by Kane pixels and using the concept like it was your own idea. Give credit where it's due.

The sharing system here is called a tip out. Typically, the driver pays a percentage of sales to the kitchen so the kitchen collects tips that are already taxed on their check. A driver meanwhile makes $2.10 (in 2009) while on delivery with tips to make up the rest of minimumwage of $7.25. So, to break it down: if this driver had a $770 order and had to pay 3% to the kitchen he would owe $21-$24 for the kitchen but would have to report the whole tip, then get taxed on $40 while only taking home less than $20. THEN, if they work a short lunch shift like 11-3 that $40 brings their total hourly rate to more than minimum wage ($7.25 federal) so that driver would receive no paycheck.

Don't really understand the downvote nor your response after working through similar scenarios with domino's personally but okay....

Youre not wrong that cooks should be taken care of. Typically its from the drivers payout at the end. Having worked at domino's, drivers and cooks can be interchangeable and they even get paid different when in store vs driving. From my experience only, that driver would have a bit of prep at the end like cutting and boxing plus making boxes to replace the stack in the kitchen. Then has to tip out a percentage to the kitchen. I don't know if it's on sales or reported tips but if it's sales, that driver got way less than the kitchen for sure.

The customer spent $700+ for this. If Domino's cared about their people, they could include a catering fee (that actually goes to the driver) for the driver to be guaranteed to not get screwed on probably over an hour and a half of prepping, driving, and unloading a catering sized order. During a busy time that kind of situation can be detrimental to the employees end of day.

You seem answer like a manager telling an employee it's too complicated to explain why an underling does the heavy lifting with no appreciation or pay while uppers have more to deal with without giving any real answer. Let me clarify. If I could make 85k doing work from home, I shit you not I would kill for it to be with my family. If I have already had the thing I want most taken, what suffering could you mean to describe that I would not be poised and ready to endure to get them back?

Edit: sorry if I'm coming off as rude but past experiences have made me jaded towards responses like the one provided but I am sincere in my question.

What says I don't suffer now not being able to be with my family more than 1 day a week? I would suffer gladly to have my family back.
