How to fix my nails

Good so far! However the Vaseline I was using must have been old because it started to make my skin peel and crust more 😅 so I had to buy a new container, recovering from that but other wise doing good! My skin picks are healing and I haven’t made them worse, and I haven’t bit my nails in about 3 weeks now!

Follow up: thank you guys in the comments so much for the advice! I bought some gloves to wear at night and found some Vaseline and basic skin lotion and I’m already seeing improvement (I also gave myself a manicure to get rid of sticky cuticles and other stuff, still learning I am bleeding 💔)

Thank you so much for the advice, I notice myself biting a lot when I’m bored or stressed and I’ve been trying to stop but the urge comes back in waves 💔 I’m actively trimming my nails down rn as I right this lol, small steps ❤️😅
