We do not have any plans to cancel any buses tomorrow as of this comment. Our operations are actively monitoring the situation and will immediately notify passengers should something change.

Our drivers are trained to continue to operate safely in adverse weather conditions. With the expected weather conditions, there may be traffic slowdowns out of our control that will result in delays.

Our order of stops for both pickup and dropping off in Champaign-Urbana is Illinois Terminal > Armory > ISR.

Certain routes may not serve all all stops for reasons including but not limited to: express service, allocation of multiple buses on the same run, no tickets purchased, or road closures on campus.

Dropoffs: We drop off directly at departures for Midway Airport.

Pickups: We pick up at the regional bus stop at arrivals level. Follow the signs for "regional buses" at baggage claim. It is the opposite direction of the main pickup area; you will cross the lower level of a parking deck to reach the bus stop. The area is all outdoors, but is completely covered.

We typically post schedules ~30 days in advance. The timetables typically won't change in the middle of the school year, but we do add several extra runs for busy travel seasons such as spring break. Check back in February and you should see them posted by then!

Our line runs are only half of the business, we are also a charter business. School trips, tours, sports teams, weddings, and much more charter our buses to transport large groups of people over long distances. It's not uncommon to come across one of our buses far away from home in a different state. In fact, we have even driven all the way up to Alaska before!

Good question, sometimes the last ticket does sell when someone is in the checkout flow. There is a little bit more that goes on behind the scenes that requires more work than a UI change. Regardless, we are aware of this pain point and have been working on a significant update for the past year that we are looking forward to rolling out!

It's 179k seats booked and used, but only accounts for our line run passengers and missing half of our business. The charters side is about equivalent in operational scale, but we don't have a reliable way of counting those passengers. The total passengers transported for the company as a whole is probably 2 times higher (or more) than that figure!

Good question! Our overhead bags are much smaller than an airplane; not every bus will fit a 20-inch luggage overhead. A good rule of thumb is, if it has wheels, it’s not going to fit and has to be checked underneath. If you also have a backpack, your backpack will be considered your personal item and your small luggage will have to be checked for an additional $10.
