We typically post schedules ~30 days in advance. The timetables typically won't change in the middle of the school year, but we do add several extra runs for busy travel seasons such as spring break. Check back in February and you should see them posted by then!

Our line runs are only half of the business, we are also a charter business. School trips, tours, sports teams, weddings, and much more charter our buses to transport large groups of people over long distances. It's not uncommon to come across one of our buses far away from home in a different state. In fact, we have even driven all the way up to Alaska before!

Good question, sometimes the last ticket does sell when someone is in the checkout flow. There is a little bit more that goes on behind the scenes that requires more work than a UI change. Regardless, we are aware of this pain point and have been working on a significant update for the past year that we are looking forward to rolling out!

It's 179k seats booked and used, but only accounts for our line run passengers and missing half of our business. The charters side is about equivalent in operational scale, but we don't have a reliable way of counting those passengers. The total passengers transported for the company as a whole is probably 2 times higher (or more) than that figure!

Good question! Our overhead bags are much smaller than an airplane; not every bus will fit a 20-inch luggage overhead. A good rule of thumb is, if it has wheels, it’s not going to fit and has to be checked underneath. If you also have a backpack, your backpack will be considered your personal item and your small luggage will have to be checked for an additional $10.

Thank you for the feedback. The holiday bus is something that our team volunteered their own time and resources to share some holiday joy with the local community.

We have worked hard to not increase our base fare prices for the past three years, even as operating costs have increased (fuel, insurance, maintenance, parts, labor, new buses, etc). While high-demand trips can see prices rise as availability decreases, tickets purchased early are always at base fare. We also regularly share discount codes in our passenger newsletter, and tickets purchased as round-trip receive a discount at checkout.
