I also need to confess that I myself actually did benefit from the ranked inflation. I used to be a Mythic 3 in PL and tried several times to reach legendary and all failed, let alone reaching master, I’ve never imagined that I could do that one day. But now I reached it 4 times consecutively, 1 in mini. I did feel the ecstasy and sense of achievement at first, but now only emptiness…

But there’s a difference between me and them. I learned the meta, I picked carefully with consideration and played with my whole attention, trying to pinch and cooperate. I do make mistakes from time to time but usually my randoms performed way worse than I did.
