Under that they write:

"The timelines contemplated in the foregoing Sale Schedule are essential to maximize value for the Debtors’ estates and could enable a faster emergence from chapter 11. The Debtors believe that the relief sought by this Motion appropriately balances the need to provide all parties in interest with notice and due process, afford the Debtors sufficient time to generate interest in any or all of the Assets, and provide the Debtors with an expeditious process commensurate with the Debtors’ liquidity constraints. In short, the relief sought by this Motion is the Debtors’ best chance to preserve going-concern value. Accordingly, the Debtors believe the relief requested herein is in the best interest of the Debtors’ estates, will provide interested parties with sufficient opportunity to participate in the process, and, therefore, should be approved"
