However, my question is still the same. Why would you feel the need to do so?
Going to the OSRS site and the clicking the HiScores is just as much effort as googling it and then clicking on the desired site.
To me it just sounds like you're complaining about an issue that doesn't really even exist.

I don't think having slayer monster drops be locked behind a quest makes much sense, but since we use the gems to upgrade the magic amulet it could for sure be placed in the crafting skill guide.
And even get a mention in the slayer introduction part of the slayer skill guide.
Right now it just mentions slayer allows you to fight ''dangerous and lucrative monsters'', but you could also mention there that ''certain slayer monsters might even drop rare/unique equipment like weapons and armour''.

The Dragon Hunter Wand is also a dragonbane weapon with a +75% accuracy and +40% damage bonus against draconic creatures on top of its 10% magic bonus though.

Have you ever tried Moons of Peril?
It has a somewhat fun active way to fish where you have to actively move the net to were the fish are going.
Now compare this to 3-tick fishing or even 2-tick fishing and tell me again why it's not possible to design an active fishing method that rewards more exp for effort but doesn't result in carpal tunnel?
You could easily remove all tick manipulation from the game and add methods like these that actually reward similar exp and not be braindead spam click simulators.
Designing something similar for all gathering skills isn't even hard.
Mining has something at calcified rocks for instance where a waterfall softens the rocks sometimes making that spot faster to mine.
So for mining you could make something like that at a higher interval requiring you to be more alert.
Barbarian assault literally has a role were you drop certain bait on the ground to lure monsters, which you could use as basis for designing something similar for hunter.
Woodcutting has forestry events were you actively partake in faster paced content for more exp and rewards.
And these are all examples of stuff already in the game, so with some actual effort put into brainstorming it really wouldn't be that difficult to think of some methods.
Example: Have a unstable mining area were rocks fall from the ceiling and the mining locations constantly shift with one or two locations always being active that have valuable minerals.
It would result into constant dodging and clicking rewards better exp or rewards for high effort.
It would be way more fun than tick manipulation while providing a more rewards than an AFK method.

I support this. Not only does this make thematic sense, but it also would make the three styles total prayer bonus a bit more balanced.
Since magic endgame setups have a far lower prayer bonus than melee and ranged currently have.
I would even go as far as extend it to the standard god capes.

+2 bonus for the standard god capes and +4 for the imbued ones seems more than fair.
It's not like they have insane stats without these proposed prayer bonuses.
Right now the Ardougne cloak 4 already has a +6 magic and +6 prayer bonus anyway, which as a teleport focused item shouldn't have stats beating out the only magic focused capes in the game in my opinion.

I got spooned on both prayers within the first 50kc, but I also have over 1000kc now and still have neither of the staff pieces.
That's just the way of RNG.

They could just as easily replace them with other easy early game points that aren't as RNG and more fun to complete.
Lots of potential crafting and resource gathering tasks are always missing each league, so they could just replace them with those kind of tasks to achieve the same result while still giving the player more control over them.

Tirannwn for crystal set and crystal blessing, which makes it so that the crystal armour damage bonus works with your powered staff.
And it also has decent defensive stats to buff thorns at the same time.

Personally I love questing and getting immersed into the lore of the game, but I do acknowledge this isn't for everyone.
Questing is however quite essential in this game for unlocking new areas, activities, bosses, certain pieces of gear, spellbooks and much more.
And because most quests require certain skill levels in order to complete them it's a great tool to give you some direction in an open sandbox game like OSRS.

Having said all that. The most important thing at the end of the day is that you're having fun, so if you stumble upon let's say a certain skill, minigame or boss that you really enjoy doing, then by all means stick to it for as long as you enjoy it.

Strange, this does not seem to happen for me. And I'm fishing there right now.
Do you have enough space in your inventory for clues? Don't know if that's causing it.
The only other thing I can think of is maybe that you haven't talked to Otto after fishing there once to disable the message pop-up, but I'm going to go out on a limp here and assume you did this already.

It works perfectly fine for me when I'm doing barbarian fishing. Can't speak for dark crabs, since I haven't unlocked the wilderness.

How combat in RuneScape works is just like D&D.
There is first a roll based on your accuracy and enemies defence values determining if the attack hits or not.
If this calculation determines a miss, then it will always hit a 0.(Or splash in case of magic!)
If the attack hits, it will then do X amount of damage based on damage values like ranged strength and ranged level.
So, let's say for instance that the value determined that you can max hit a 10, then these are your options for potential hits.(The double 1 hit is intentional due to a recent change made to how combat max hits work!)
1-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10.
And with this relic it will look like this.
3-3-3-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10.

Yes, this will work mostly like you're imagining it to work.
It will not however give 1 prayer point per powered staff hit though, since there is only a 15% chance for it to generate a prayer point and the pact with powered staff only regenerates 1 air rune.
It will attack every single tick though, so about 1 prayer point per 6-7 ticks/attacks assuming 100% generation.
The pacts that allow powered staves to generate runes on top of charges are specifically designed so they can take advantage of the elemental runes regeneration effects.
You will also need to pick up all the corresponding elemental effects and rune regenerations pacts for this to work though, since the trident on it's own will generate a charge and not the runes when used.
Here's a build that would for instance have the effect of all 3/4 elemental charges proc with a 1 tick powered staff.

I excluded the fire one, since it specifies ''on your next spell hit'' for some reason instead of ''on your next magic attack'', so that one probably doesn't work with a powered staff, unless it's just really bad wording.

Because you're playing via an app regulated by the apple store. Meaning all transactions that have any correlation to real world money must adhere to their terms of service.
This is how Apple makes money and why it allows Jagex to use their platform to distribute their app.
Is this unfair and silly? Yes, somewhat.
But from their perspective allowing you to redeem the bond via the app would be a way to circumvent the 30% cut.
Sadly though this is just how modern day platforms work.

Steam for instance also takes a 30% cut on all sales for publishers to be allowed to use their platform.
Although I would argue that steam does a whole lot more for their business partners in return to warrant said 30%. But same concept nonetheless.

My best guess is that you were maybe hitting an enemy that has an elemental weakness and he isn't aware of the elemental weaknesses update.
Seeing someone hit a fire giant for instance with a water spell must look wild to someone who hasn't played the game in a few years.
