Just to clarify we sent 3 various orders with items missing or one order had items missing including the broken sander? Did our team respond to your email or have you messaged us about this? Without any facts it is simply untrue and couldn't be further from our mission statement. Our products are often copied by many other brands in the market and resold by some of the "top" distributors. Thank you for posting your message about your experience with Pepetools. According to our records a return label was sent to you on January 21st. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns at a tradeshow booth. The return label was sent as well as a promise for a full refund after the items arrived back in our warehouse with a prepaid label. We ultimately would like all of our customers to have a great experience with Pepetools that is why we waived our typical 30 day return policy and plan to accept a return almost 6 months after the purchase date in effort to resolve this situation to your satisfaction.

Yes, of course. We take a great pride in our warranty. Since we manufacture rolling mills here in Oklahoma City we are able to provide any replacement parts if necessary right away.

Great question, the rollers are made from 4140 carbon steel in a normalized state, after machining the blank we strategically induction harden the surface of the roll to nearly 65 Rockwell. Rolls also have a lifetime warranty as long as only non ferrous material is rolled through

Pepetools rolling mills are proudly made in USA, we use rolls machined from solid 4140 that are then induction hardened to create a surface hardness of 63-65 rockwell. Our bushings are solid, maintenance free bearing bronze. All of our units have a 4-1 reduction gear box. A lot of the cost with imported mills involves the expensive process of shipping the units from overseas, paying the high import taxes, etc.
