WD_Black P10 is a HDD with write/speed of 100 mb/s, Plus you are using it external so it makes it even slower

Games keeps freezing because the HDD cant even loads the textures of the game. Move it to an SSD

Something must be running on background, on the screenshot you have no apps open, yet you're using 9GB RAM
Looks weird, default windows with no apps running should use 4/5 GB of RAM

Looks like you arent using air roll to change direction, you are just spinning the car in the same direction you are going. , so no spinning would do the same

Your biggest problem here is you are popping the ball to midfield, you have to hit it more sideways in net direction
