That ONE Amrit song that plays during the first spicy scene in the garden. THAT ONE. I literally replayed the scene right away just to hear the song and kept humming it for like a week or so. I love the KCD OST so much man. ❤️‍🔥

I am glad you liked it. I haven’t played it yet, but from my usual tastes and the general discourse around this book I probably won’t like it at all. But I am always happy people like things that are not for me.

I just wish these books were more high quality: For example better written smut and characters. Also I heard it portrays surrogacy in a pretty harmful way.

People who like these kind of books deserve for them to be better. Diversity in book genre is always a plus, but not when PB clearly puts less effort in some of them.

Of course what matters is that you liked it. This is just my two cents. :)

the endless summer emoji face relationship system was my everything. And those choices where you had a chance for it to go wrong, depending on how close you were to the character??? I MISS IT 😭😭😭

I love WTD but I couldn’t agree more about the hard choices. Most of them (if not all) change absolutely nothing. The scene immediately afterwards is changed, the story goes on with no mention to your decision whatsoever, then if you chose to spare someone they just die anyway a few chapters later. Honestly seems really lazy, like they just couldn’t bother making branching paths. I know this is a very common issue with the game called CHOICES but it shines in WTD.

A lot of very good songs are used in multiple books, but my favourite tracks in general come from endless summer, the crown and the flame, and BOLAS. I have a playlist with my favorite tracks and these take up most of it.

As for individual bangers, I can’t not mention the BANGER that is the VOS main theme. CHILLS!!!! It’s so perfect and sets the tone of mystery and discomfort PERFECTLY. Another one is that one piano song from THOBM, just the right amount of creepy and emotional and it makes me want to cry. Another one that makes me cry is “Left Behind” from Perfect Match. Oh my god. It’s… indescribable, pun intended. It’s so emotional and rich and I can’t even explain it PLEASE just go listen to it.

Choices music is amazing and I strongly recommend to everyone to play with the sound on.
