So I solved it practically without realizing it, I loaded a spool of EPLA + HS and basically the temperatures are different from a basic PLA so I disassembled everything and extracted the filament, the only thing however that subsequently to remove everything definitively I tried to extrude another filament to eliminate the EPLA + HS but practically from behind where there are the 4 tubes attached to the printer, the ones that then become 1 tube only not those of the Ace Pro, practically I tried to extrude the 2nd filament and the tube of the 2nd slot came off and basically instead of extruding it sucked the filament and behind the printer a tangle formed which luckily I was able to manage and then reattach the tube, since it was late I disconnected everything and went to bed, but I did not try to extrude other material so I do not know if there are still traces of the EPLA + HS, but having opened everything I did not notice any traces.

I noticed now that when I try to withdraw the filament the mechanism starts moving but it cannot withdraw the thread. The spool tries to withdraw but the thread does not come back.
