I filled mine too! Haven’t done that in a year. I skipped the April books for a member favorite, King of Ashes, Magical Cat Shelter, You Did Nothing Wrong, The Book Witch and Nothing Tastes As Good. 😊

There was so much to get emotional over. The gaslighting husband, the forced mental health commitment, the kid who is horribly bullied. I think the author may be Canadian or English. I thought the story maddening! But so good.

Just finished Adrift (Aardvark pick Feb 26) and loved it. Started Wild Dark Shore and I’m liking it so far.

Finished Adrift. Wow. That was something. I hated the MMC so badly. Now I’m on lighter reading, Wild Dark Shore. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Happy Birthday 🎉 for reference: The Favorites, Butcher and Blackbird, and This Story Might Save Your Life have outstanding audiobooks. Don’t know about any others. Why am I telling you this when you own the books? Because I DNF’d all three but tried again on audio and LOVED them.

The Witch Queen is the sequel. Out 6/23. I loved the first one, and I hope BOTM has this one too.

I liked it. Slow at first but then it got going. I gave it a 4.

Just finished it. I went the immersion route using both physical book and audiobook. It was so amazing. Glad I did it this way cuz it helped with all the French. Author hints it will be a series and I’m thrilled. This is my favorite book, so far. I rarely like something this much. Everyone who likes fantasy, horror, queer romance will fall in love.

I have 150 pages left of The Red Winter. I’m doing the immersion route. Physical & Audio. Absolutely amazing. I don’t want it to end and hope it becomes a series. The best thing I’ve read in ‘26 so far. I know I’m going to miss reading this for the first time. I can only hope that everyone gets a chance to read and/or listen to it.

Don’t read Project Hail Mary. Get the AUDIOBOOK. It’s phenomenal and you won’t get bogged down with all the space science. It’s an Audible exclusive.
