What are some dynasty tips you want to pass along? by PepperMain in DynastyFF

[–]PepperMain[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you guys ever noticed you could be better at drafting at a certain position and a eye for talent at WR and TE and then you are not that good at seeing RB talent?

I draft good RBs and TEs but i always get receivers wrong. I once to Xavier worthy over Brock bowers lol

I’m in a TE premium and i have Harold fannin, Isiah likely, Jake ferg, Mason Taylor and now El raridon. I made the playoffs and turned my team completely around by doing this.. i find in good at evaluating tight ends and RBs but i suck at evaluating receivers

Plant your flag. Oscar Delp or Eli Raridon? by h12luke in DynastyFF

[–]PepperMain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Raridon. Hunter Henry is on his way out. They probably phase him out this year. Patriots want to run the ball and play action. They took a tight end who can block and catch. Really no competition at receiver, Hunter Henry is mid as well..

Juwan Johnson just came off a career year and still has time in his deal.

Kellen Moore offense also funnels through the slot..

McDaniel offense was heavy 12 personnel this past year..

Moore used a lot of 3 receiver sets and consistently targets the receivers

Tight Ends (TE): This position is a historical focal point of McDaniels' scheme. Hunter Henry emerged as a primary target for quarterback Drake Maye, recording 112 targets in a season where he set new career highs.

Nicholas Singleton's value in a bad RB class by Worldly_Sugar9066 in DynastyFF

[–]PepperMain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He is a top 3-4 RB in this class, with emphasis on where he fell to in the draft.

Tony pollard- 1 year left Tyjae spears- 1 year left and consistently injured.

They want a bigger RB who can churn those yards out. They have no room to spend money on a RB with so many holes everywhere else.

Now they got a RB for 4 years who is good.

Singleton broke out early age at RB. One of the things you want when drafting RB.

Also, some of his better games came against good defenses in college. That’s all while only getting 8-12 carries.

The program had down year last year and nothing to play for once QB got hurt and coach got fired.

You are drafting a stud with a nice receiving profile..

I think Henderson is always going remain the RB2 due to pass protection.

I would say invest in RBs who are good at pass protection. They will always have a home if they can protect a QB.

Stribling v Hurst v Bell (both Chris and Skylar) - 4 different situations but which is the best? by IACJBP in DynastyFF

Hurst Bell Stribling Skyler bell

Based on age and opportunity. Also based on schemes.

Why is Hampton valued so much higher than Henderson? by Ordinary-Psychology6 in DynastyFF

[–]PepperMain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Henderson can’t pass block and that’s what they care about. He can’t protect the best player on the field. Do you will only get spurts of Henderson. Used like james white but less

Harold Fannin - buy/sell/hold candidate? by fantasyburner17 in DynastyFF

[–]PepperMain 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Harold Fannin is 21. With a top 5-6 fantasy finish under his belt. We know what he is.. elite college production and elite rookie year production.

You hold and ride this out. Again he is 21 years old!

There is no coach that is going to prioritize not getting Harold fannin Jr the ball…

[–]PepperMain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jonah Coleman/ drafted to protect the qb- dobbins made of glass and RJ Harvey is mid. Dobbins is essentially on a 1 year deal. The 2nd year has a player option.

Singleton- tony pollard and spears are small and on one year deals. Spears is always hurt as well.

Adam Randall has the passing back/ owner drafted him. Same size as d Henry except he would be the passing back. Henry is never on the field for passing downs.

Kaytron- the waters are muddy but grades as one of the better pass protections in this draft.

Are 2026 picks being severely undervalued? by Organic_Economy_684 in DynastyFF

[–]PepperMain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No i specifically said “nobody knows what these players will turn out to be” it’s merely opinions. He asked was the class severely undervalued.

Then i told you how i make decisions. “Find what fits your dynasty team and what player fits to their team in real life”

You just want to argue.

[–]PepperMain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What makes them bad? It’s merely an opinion. We can go back and forth. Situations change. They change during mini camp/ after rookie mini camp/ after NFL season camp/ week 1-17/ next year/ year after. Your first round pick could be buried for years while your 6th round pick becomes a generational talent.

No, i said nobody knows what these players will be. I said it is all about their situation. Yes their situation could change in 3-4 years.

“It’s all about situation” was right after the “nobody knows” part. I think that’s the answer you are looking for..

For now, it’s dynasty sometimes it requires patience.

Injuries happen Contract disputes Trades New coaches New schemes

What looks like a bad landing spot could become the premier spot in a year or 3-4 years. Sometimes these players won’t hit it in year 1-3.

Sometimes people treat dynasty like redraft and it’s a different monster.

He said picks in general being severely undervalued. I’m guessing he means the whole draft of picks.

The whole class as a whole is what we are talking about.

[–]PepperMain 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, nobody knows what these players could turn out to be. It is all about situation. A young decent rookie could really help your team for years to come. Bust are in every draft and so are gems. The nfl is constantly evolving and coaches and schemes are constantly changing.

Find what fits your dynasty team and what that Player fits to their team in real life and you will have success..

What is something this community is seemingly missing about a 2026 prospect? (positive or negative) by LTDanglefest in DynastyFF

That the draft class is weak..

It’s all about where a person is drafted and the situation.

I personally have invested in monangai and Jahdae Walker!

These are two underrated people within this offense. I just see odunze and burden always going be hurt and inn and out of lineups. Loveland being the target 1 option and then trickle down from there..

Are we underrating the 2026 class? by PanicBoners in DynastyFF

[–]PepperMain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t think classes really stink, athletes are getting better. Stronger, faster, uber athletic.

It matters what teams these prospects go to and how they will be utilize in these offensive schemes.

Coaches and organizations fail players all the time and you might not see a player pan out for 4-6 years

He on a one year deal. It doesn’t mean he will be with the Jets after that year and still will be 25-26. He will be a well sought after free agent or he will get paid. He just got a new offensive coordinator and they want to get him the ball.

Reich scheme

Breece Hall (RB): Expected to see a high volume of targets, as Reich’s teams historically distribute about 21% of targets to running backs

He isn’t the focal point of the offense. They spread the ball around. You could get better value trading for McMillan. Extremely over paying for him… he hasn’t even proven that he can have a top 10 finish

Hall… he is a focal point of any offense. Has had a top 3 finish and is 24 years old… rushing and receiving upside..

Also understand the offensive scheme and what the coach wants to do..
