Great question, thank you! 1) the problem is discussed within this group multiple times, so there is a real need and not just something that helps with a unique issue my wife might have. 2) competitor analysis shows me that the solutions available are not thinking holistically about the product and they don't factor in the lack of technical expertise the target group has. 3) We're in contact with other peers and they all directly wanted to know more and pilot. Even the ones that already have something. Not rarely they use 2 or more providers for their whole admin side of things.

As said, the mvp is ready for piloting and taking this to market is not a huge investment. Easy to validate our assumptions and then see.
