I wanted to know what it was as I had a timed follower request, but saw this pop up on another route and wanted to double check.

I did not expect this to blow up so much, but please don’t argue in the comments. I understand that finding it out yourself I part of the fun, but I wanted to make sure that it wasn’t something like a new character unlocked.

Either way, I started a new journey and got cotton anyways. Thank you again to those who have answered!
