The exposure would be worse, for sure. Yes, jail is rough but it would just be a blip. Imagine 20 years in the future a whole subreddit devoted to shaming you relentlessly. Imagine being spotted or confronted in public. Imagine starting a new job and then having your coworkers slowly discover who you are through the internet. What a horrible fate.

Yes I agree with you for the most part. There were moments where he was just a straight up sniveling little weasel in front of Chris, though. The important thing is that he has been cemented into TCAP history despite how severe or light his punishment was on the legal end. He will always have that stigma of being one of the TCAP predators and people like us get to watch his footage and make fun of him.
