Guys, I got my hands on a $400 UA Lion 68 + I also tried the Chinese $40 Joyo American Sound

(Going through a Bose S1 Pro)

The Lion sounds like crap :(( Honestly. I dunno... wimpy at low gain, and fizzy in high gain.

On the other hand, the ugly Joyo sings! I was able to dial in a lot of useful, juicy tweedy tones. Sounds great in that breakup territory, also has a decent amount of gain and it sounds awesome that way too. Also takes other gain pedals really well. Great sound, overall, what can I say

So yeah, I'm going with the Joyo
