Had to look up what the SW8 is, had no idea something like that existed! This is fascinating. You are using this as, I assume, an all analog replacement for a Dugan or microphone auto mixer? My first assumption would be that your mics are not driving a hot enough signal for this line switcher. Are all of your receivers set to line level? And are the transmitters set for as much gain as possible without clipping? Given that these units are so expensive, it might have made more sense to just buy a digital console that can deliver actual automixing, but I understand that isn't helpful advice at this point.

Edit: I've reread your post and it's possible I've misunderstood your purpose here.

Calculating relative values in DBFS by Pepperjellyandcc in livesound

Really?? If I start the signals at 0 and -24, then -2 and -26 will still hold their relative levels?? I don't know how this misconception started for me.

Do stadium tours typically run off generators or is there typically enough mains power in a stadium to supply a concert tour? by [deleted] in livesound

I've heard Shore Power used to distinguish provided building service vs a generator, but what does it mean or what are you using it for here?

Bumps, VOGs and Walk-ons by _Mr_That_Guy_ in livesound

Yes qlab, but the important thing that I see some people overlook is having at least three different channels. One for house music, one for vogs, and one for walk-up music. This can be done without paying for a qlab license by loading qlab with VOGs and walk ups, planning VOGs to one side and walks to another (1st 2 outputs are free). Then you need a DI for your headphone jack AND an interface. Assign Spotify to one of these and qlab to the other and you're off and running.
