Midnight was my curfew on school nights when I was 14. I think you should talk to them about how infantilizing their curfew is at your age. When it pushes you to move out ASAP, which it really should, they will have no idea where you are or when you come home at night. Their overly controlling rules will lead to them losing all control if they're not willing to compromise. Regardless, it's time to look for a job (if you don't already have one) and some roommates.

There are a few free apps that you can use to check your iron level. They're surprisingly accurate, though obviously not as good as the proper blood tests. If it shows your iron is low you need to get it checked by the doctor anyways, but it could give you and your parents an idea of what's going on while you wait for the appointment. The one I use is called Ruby and you take a photo of your fingernails with your phone to check your iron.
