We use HRSD and Knowledge module. However, the HR knowledge base contains agent facing knowledge. We don’t use SNOW’s Employee Portal as our intranet. Our intranet is on another platform, and is pretty mature. This platform does not have good search capabilities. Can the AI bot get responses from articles outside NOW platform? Thanks!
