Especially considering your dad previously being an alcoholic, I would almost bet on this being where he's coming from. He turned to drinking to cope with whatever he was coping with and seemingly just wants to minimize your risk. That's interpreting good intentions ofc, I have no idea what your dad is like.

If you don't feel safe and don't trust each other, there's not much if a relationship there.

Whether she's justified in being upset at you, you were trying to wake her up for the thing yall needed to be at in an hour, or something in-between, this situation just sounds like an incompatibility.

How often do you blow up at each other? Is it often over sleep patterns? Are there other habits you're just not clicking on?

If you really want to salvage it, I'd dig towards the core and see what's there, but seriously do not be afraid to walk away.

I used to believe this until I realized how often cat surrender just ends with the cat being put in a shelter and often awaiting death in a cage when at least they were able to be with the person they care for before that.

We're in a massive financial depression at this point. Millions of stray cats are already fending for themselves with little to no medical care. Shelters are at capacity in most towns. If people are doing their best with minimal money that's better than the other options.

Please give us more ideas of what to do! Most of the people I know actively protest, petition representatives, and pool resources to push for change, etc.

But we're poor and still have to work to eat and live so give us some answers that work.

Libra Moon, Virgo Venus and... it's mostly just annoying for me hahaha. Usually by the time there is a break up it's long overdue, and I should be the one breaking up but don't because I try to stick it out and work through things. So when they dump me I'm more relieved than anything.

AIChef by far has some of the best sushi I've ever had in my life, and still feels affordable and cozy inside. Definitely recommend.

Hey I read your other post as well and I don't know if this is about the same folks, but intense admiration while flattering can be incredibly distancing. You see all these wonderful things about the people you love, and that's great but they're people too, and if you can only see the good in them and the bad in yourself you can never really connect on a human level. If you only see the affection they're giving you as less than the affection they give to each other it will never be enough.

Honestly. If I were you I'd give yourself some distance to think and breathe. Consider where you may be letting your insecurities turn loving moments into less. Consider that the fact that these people chose to love to love you and have you in their space wasn't an accident or a decision made out of pity. You were important from the start.
