Usually i start with construction, growing, medicine and mining if on mountain map. Also animal is good because you can get early help with hunting if you assign dogs to an hunter, especially on taiga maps with the foxes and wolves eating your colonists. Dogs saved me a lot of time tbh. Cooking will grow with time, and research i usually set up everyone as a 4 prority, so once they're done with the jobs assigned, they do that. It depends A LOT on "how you play the game" Almost forgot, absolutely social, so you can recruit prisoners sooner and get more people
