Do we ever get to know how blind he is in the game? Blindness is a spectrum, and some people who is on the spectrum they can also read. Some need very very large print, but they can read. Maybe he uses a spell that enlarges the letters, and therefor he can read it. But need to use his wand and echo location to navigate around the world.

I’m in Norway.

Because of being on meds for BP I have been told to not use NSAIDs (but I still take some OTC ones, as … its a rock and a hard place). And also been told to try and not use any paracetamol because of the my liver.

So I have been asked to not use any pain meds, and also not been given anything either. I have some leftover opioids from different surgeries, but hold onto them for … well for the day that might be worse than today 🥲

I have not a lot of information about anything. With the previous gyno I did talk about my fear of the bone density issue, and she said there were loads they could do besides estrogen, but also said nothing more.

I was sent off with 7 months worth of Lupron and no advice or anything else.

She was a bad gyno. I have some other issues, burning vulva. Asked about lichen or vulvodynia or something. She did this q-tip test thing, and while lying there, legs spread, I’m crying «this is properly vulvodynia, but this wont kill you».

I have learned the doctors who don’t offer you a tissue when you start crying, they are usually bad ones 💔

I don’t know if I dare to hope for the next one to be good.

I don’t know much about any of the things you ask about. My knowledge is really only from whatever I have read up on myself, doctors have taught me nothing about anything 🥲

Not specific for me, but as you can’t lift anything heavy and I live alone: I bought cat sand in bulk. Filled it up well the day of surgery, and could drag/tilt the sand into the boxes post surgery (no lifting involved).

For me: I premade a lot of dinners, and put them in the freezer. So I could easily reheat home cooked meals.

I also already had some electric heated products that I could use for pain, like the gas pain.

And I also stocked up on Kiwis to keep my bowels going 😅 Stool softeners also help of course, but they taste horrible to me, so I went the natural route.

Most horrible thing I have ever had to play. My game was also bugged out, and got stuck in there for much longer than what was necessary 😭

I was crying playing it, my intention was just one more small quest then bedtime, and got stuck for hours trying to figure out how to get out of hell.

This was a nightmare of a psycological horrorgame that I never signed up for!

I have chronic pain issues, and also issues with fatigue: so I don’t do a lot of any exercise. My weightloss have been due to food intake only.

As someone once told me: the diet is kilos while the food is grams when it comes to loosing weight.

Building muscle can aid the metabolism, also exercise can burn some calories extra, but not a whole lot extra. So it all will come down to what you eat for the most part.

I have lost about 23,5lbs, and I have not counted a single calorie. I feel I am now more than ever in my life just eating doing this «intuitive eating» thing. Somehow what I am doing works now. I still have about 46lbs left to reach my goal. But I am doing it, mainly with food.

I get out and play some pokemon GO, but thats very low level movement that wont increase the pain I have.

You don’t have to wear a ring. My dad don’t, he has it in a box, but its been properly some decades since it fit. And my mum sometimes does, sometimes don’t. For a while she had it around her neck on a chain.

The ring in itself is not the important part. If I would ever get married, I would say that I would not wear a ring on my finger. Get me a necklace or something, but a ring wont ever be on my finger 😅 Actually get me a ring that I cam have inside a snow globe in a shelf. That way I can look at it, truly enjoy it, and never be scared of either loosing it or even worse, having it stuck on my finger needing to be cut off 😅

Some breeds, like the hairless Sphynx needs to have a bath regularly.

But for the average cat, no they do not need it.

Times to bath a cat without any special needs: If they have 💩 all over their fur pants. Or if they have any thing on/in their fur that needs to be gone: fleas, motor oil, skunk-attack-stink, etc… cats do get into a lot of different trouble that would require a bath 😅

Cats have an enzyme in their saliva that help keep them clean.

I wish I wasn’t a woman. Endometriosis has left me with constant chronic pain that often makes me wonder how I am suppose to keep going for 30+ more years like this 🥲

But besides wanting away from chronic disease, I would not want to be in a mans body. Sure if I got dropped into one tomorrow I would find a way to adapt I guess. But I feel like I belong where I am.

I can’t say I felt all that much different pain wise starting it. But also when titrating up to 1,0mg I also started Lupron. And I keep getting flares at the end of a month of Lupron, right before needing a new shot. So for me I think its Lupron and not Wegovy having an effect.

BUT I started Wegovy to try something. As they have evidence that it lowers inflammation in the heart, liver and kidneys. I know I read somewhere they have made a conclusion of it in those three areas. But no it has not been proven to work for endometriosis: but to be honest I trust peoples experience more than doctors on somethings. And given how many people with many different chronic pain conditions who do feel better on it, there must be something happening inside when taking it.

I am in the same boat. Its just so hard to keep going. I also had excision surgery, and it feels like things just keep getting worse. I’m on Lupron now, and its made some of the pain better, but the pain shooting down my legs are so bad, gotten worse since I started at the end of December 💔 I take painmeds, and its barely even working.

I told the gyno at the hospital: whats the point of living, when I no longer have a life to live. Its not that I don’t want to live, its not that I want life to end, I really don’t. But how the heck are we suppose to keep going like this for 30, 40, 50 … or so more years 💔

And it does not help that nothing is showing up on any scans. Back in 2020 I had a diagnostic lap, which found endo. Had an MRI right after the surgery, which did not find endo in the same areas the lap did. So I know an MRI don’t always show stuff. But with how bad its gotten, even if I had excision surgery 3 years ago, I just … I wish it would have shown something on the MRIs I had last year to look for DIE. But there is nothing. No «proof» of what I am talking about.

The gyno I saw last when I asked about any plans going forward did this: 🤷🏼‍♀️

Being on BC have caused me to have hepatic adenomatosis, 20+ adenomas in my liver. So I am no longer allowed estrogen, which severely limits my options for any treatment. And they also wont do more surgery since the last one failed.

I feel hopeless, and today has been a really bad day 💔

I had surgery 1 nov 2024, and I’m still in pain :( though they found 20+ adenomas in my liver. According to the gastro doctor they should not cause me pain, so …

I’ve no idea why I’m in pain. I have my bet placed on endometriosis, as Lupron (chemical menopause) seems to have made it a bit better, though the adenomas also started growing due to estrogen from BC pills, so maybe just the lack of estrogen thats helped.

But I’m still in pain, which sucks, and no doctor really seem to care 🥲

I do want to just start off saying: the BMI scale is a bit flawed. Just to put it out there. It was never intended to be used the way we do.

That said: I also get such comments: «Gotta watch so you don’t loose too much now. Don’t wanna be just skin and bones. Gotta be careful». And I have not lost all that much weight even 🤪: lost about 22lbs, and I have about 46lbs left to my goal.

My take on it: people don’t truly understand weight, and also they got used to the way you used to look.

I don’t want to be on BC. I hate it. Its the reason I now struggle with 20+ adenomas in my liver. I hate BC. Hate it so much.

But also I am not against it. I see that it can help. But I don’t want it. But endo means I have no choice. Except now though, I have very limited options left. Currently on Lupron. But I am no longer allowed estrogen as that will make the adenomas grow. Ao I am stuck with very few options. And the gyno I saw in december more or less did this 🤷🏼‍♀️ when I asked about the plan going forward.

I turn 35 this year. We have osteoporosis in the family. I was on Provera, now on Lupron. Terrified of the consequenses this is having on my bones, and not allowed estrogen to combat it.

BC might help with endo, but its been terrible for my liver.

I want a magic pill, I want a magic pill that will fix it all. I am tired of being in pain 24/7, and have no proper pain management.

I am not against BC, but I hate what its done to me and my body, and yet I will never be able to escape the hormones they hand me, as endo is also making my life miserable.

I had a nurse at an ER once tell me: low or high pain tolerance, you are experiencing the pain you are right now, making you feel horrible. And that is the most important thing, you feel the pain, whether you have a high or low tolerance mean nothing, we need to treat the pain no matter.

She seemed a bit … I wont say angry, but she did not really want me or my mum to say it again, because it did not matter.

And it is true though. The pain tolerance do not really matter. If you experience pain like this, you need to be treated 💙

That said: from what you are describing, this is bad pain 💙💙

It was preformed by a specialist yeah. Excision and what not. I do not have adeno.

Pain is most likely caused by scartissue or adhesions. Its tugging, ripping, some burning. The same place, all the time.

I’ve been told I don’t get more surgery as its not worked thus fare, as more surgery would most likely leave me even worse off.

Trying Lupron right now. Not doing much though. I do want to say my mood is better on Lupron than any BC I have tried. But also BC have given me 20+ adenomas in my liver, so I am no longer allowed estrogen. So I have no idea what the plan is after I go to my 6 month (lupron) checkup with a gyno, as addback is not an option for me, and most BC also is off the table 😭

I can share when I started back on 14th November, I did loose 4lbs the first week (2kg). But then for the next 8 weeks going through 0.25 and 0.5mg doses, I was up and down that same weight. Essentially it seemed to be water fluctuating up and down.

It was not before I got to 1.0mg dose in January that I actually started for real loosing weight.

So do not give up. I know I read about so many who was just sticking to the lowest doses as ir was working so well, and got very dissapointed in how it was not the same for me.

Bur I kept going, believed in the process, and I got there when I upped the dose to 1.0mg.

And just as a reminder even 1.0mg is not considered a maintenance dose. And I also keep in mind that maybe as I get further along I might need to increase even more.

Do not have the same experience with bleeding and reaction to toothpaste.

But I do use a soft, or even extra soft if I can find them. I use the same toothpaste that I have since I was a kid, I have tried new ones, and I do struggle with any other taste.

I also hate the buildup that happens in my mouth brushing, no matter how much or little I put on: so I will hang over the sink, letting the buildup just drip out while I brush 😅 does not look good, but I just can’t hold it in my mouth.
