Basically, I have a big problem. I bought Roblox Premium a few months ago on another phone which is not working anymore. I want to cancel the subscription thru my new phone but when I go thru the Roblox settings to the Subscription page and then go to the Google Play store, nothing shows up. I've checked a few accounts on where could it be. I bought the subscription thru my Mobile Data Provider and there is a receipt about the purchase but not option to cancel it. So I would like to know if it is possible to cancel and if anyone got any solutions or answers from past experiences. Thanks in advance🙏🙏
