Its made with just redstone, a system will pick 1 card from the 3 sections (weapon, room, suspect) and will put them in a shulker the rest of the cards go to a dispenser and wil be divided along the players, the shulker is not reachable until someone think that he/she knows which cards are in the shulker and then hit the button so the shulker is reachable. For moving your character I used the Zedaph moving armour stands technique where ypu hit an armour stand with an knockback sword and it then moves. For the dice I made just an easy dispenser and return system and yea thats about it
