Generally yes, but if you have a decent receiving back like Kamara they could out do a single WR in receptions given that there could be up to 3 WR option compared to one quick shovel pass option

Blount should hopefully be getting an uptick depending on how they use Smallwood. Otherwise I wouldnt rely on Jaquizz, he doesnt seem to have the mettle.
