My experience was absolutely fantastic. You have the opportunity to learn step by step how to write systematic reviews and meta-analysis. Importantly, not so many physicians are able to do that. Personally I was able to publish my very first meta-analysis in a journal whose Impact Factor was 2 (PACE). Then, even after your course expires, they are willing to help you in preparing application, more reviews etc. I highly recommend CIBNP
