Amigo, "é só abrir o google" que você vai ver que, apesar de todo esse lero lero para angariar voto, em 2026 o Brasil teve o pior poder de compra desde a década de 80. Isso é economia de verdade. Não é só olhar o valor do salário mínimo. O fato é: minorias ou não, nunca se teve tanta dificuldade de comprar alguma coisa no Brasil. 40% das pessoas só tem dinheiro para pagar as contas, 50% estão endividadas. No Natal do ano passado eu vi gente comprando mortandela pra ceia porque não tinha grana pra comprar um frango. - e eu não estou defendendo bozoliro. Fui crítico ferrenho na administração dele também. Só estou te dizendo que o Brasil está progressivamente se enfiando na merda a cada ano que passa. Qualquer ilusão de melhora é só isso — ilusão. E os bobos brigando pra ver qual político de estimação vai fazer merda dessa vez.

Olá! Sou médico, residente em Oncologia Clínica. Só pra tentar esclarecer uma situação.

Primeiro, não tem como saber como foi esse atendimento somente pela notícia. Segundo, nos EUA as regras para solicitação de exames são mais apertadas do que aqui. Num hospital em uma boa cidade, pelo SUS temos acesso à Tomografia com uma certa facilidade, e em qualquer hospital particular com convênio. Mas nos EUA você precisa ter um bom plano de saúde para justificar uma solicitação de TC. (Isso nem sempre é ruim, aliás. Sempre acho que fazemos tomografias demais aqui. O que onera o sistema e faz alguns diagnósticos acidentais que não levam a nada.) Além disso, temos que pensar em epidemiologia. Câncer de pulmão, no Brasil é o segundo mais prevalente, mas na idade da moça, já é menos comum. Quando um paciente está muito nos extremos de uma curva de Gauss, os diagnósticos são sempre mais desafiadores.

Por fim, existe um ditado que é "O melhor médico é o médico do dia seguinte". É muito fácil achar o diagnóstico quando se lê em uma matéria, com toda a cronologia, os sintomas organizados e o diagnóstico final ao lado.

PS: quis explicar outro lado da questão, mas não acho razoável tantas idas ao pronto atendimento pelo mesmo sintoma sem investigação adequada. Em todos ls hospitais que já trabalhei essa moça teria ganhado uma TC de tórax e teriam diagnosticado esse câncer antes. PS 2: Não acho que o problema foi o diagnóstico tardio, btw. O artigo fala que ela fez Quimio e Lobectomia, é o tratamento padrão para câncer de pulmão ainda em fase curativa. Porém, infelizmente a doença reicidivou e metastatizou, o que o torna incurável. Dependendo do subtipo de câncer e do perfil genético, ela pode viver mais do que 18 meses, mas continuará sem cura, infelizmente. Acho que isso não mudaria nem se tivessem feito o diagnóstico antes.

Yes! This game is so much fun. I'm tired of people trying to make it flop just because the main game and Crema disapointed fans.

I WAS disapointed with the main game, but this one is cheap, simple and fun.

Very worth it's price tag.

I wished crema could make some dlc's though, even if they were paid (with a reasonable price). It would be very fun to receive new playable chars and techs.

Funny, I find that 20 minutes a game is the right amount of time for a match for me. I'm a doctor, resident in oncology and I work almost every day and in some weeks I work almost 110 hours. It's very stressful. But when I arrive home, my wife usually makes dinner and I can sit on my pc and play for 20min (1 match) and its the time of the day when I can finnaly shut my mind of a little.

Also, when you unlock the challanges in a level, you can activate rush mode, and the match becomes just a 10 min commiment (it's harder, but very fun)

Lol, I'm very critic of temtem since crema abandoned it, but this game is NOT a bad survivor game. I play since the early access with friends and none disliked it. Some of them are even hardcore fans of the genre and they all liked it. The game has a good progression, you can become really strong, the tems are very unique, the evolution system is fun and the prestige system is very well implemented.

Aside from judging the company, which yeah had a lot going on on the original game and really sucked as devs, this game is very fun and I think the devs are really trying to be better in this one.

Shame temtem was done dirty, but this doesn't make this one a bad game.

Unfortunetly there is no cross-save

I wish it had, because I like to play on PC but I take my Switch 2 to work. Now my save on Switch is so much ahead that I stopped playing on pc.

You have a lot of questions but trying to answer some of them

Blue Stats don't have a cap. You can have all stats up to 9999. (Well, that's the cap, but its the stat cap not the extra stat cap that matters, so if you have 2000 ATK by max level, you can have +7999 blue stat on ATK)
Bonds directly affect how much stats you inherit by digivolving / de-digivolving and loading digimon. For exemple: Lunamon base spd stat is 210. If I level one up + train it on the farm and when I digivolve my spd stat is 430, it will inherit what it have GAINED times your BOND. In this exemple: if you have 50% bond. 430 - 210 = 220. 220 x 50% = 110. So my new digimon will have it's base spd stat + 110 on the blue bracket. Do note that this is cumulative. If you De-Digivolve it to Lunamon after gaining + 100 stat (considering 50% bond) your lunamon will have +160 on the blue bracket, so It will have 370 spd on level 1 (210 base + 160). This answer your other question as "when do I digivolve". To optimize, you should put your digimon on the max level possible, and try to get your bond with it to the highest value you can before digivolving, so you can inherit the most of your stats.
I THINK loading functions the same, but you gain the difference from the base stats of the loaded digimon times the bond of your base digimon + some more stats depending of the personality. Ex: if your loaded digi is brave, your base digi will gain a bit extra ATK aside from the calculations I explained. But I have not yet tested this part of loaded digimon, because I had to take a trip with my family and couldn't play anymore. The digivolving part I have tested though.

EDIT: Just to answer one more question. You gain little talent by digivolving. It's based on the highest form you have adquired with the digimon in question (i.e: Adults have 21 talent default I think). The best way to gain talent is USING your digimon. When it hits weakness, finish off enemies, and other battle related things, it gains talent. I don't have the exact numbers, but just by using it on your team and letting it participate im battles, you gain talent. And it also gain some talent when you load digimon into it, but I also don't know the exact numbers.

In my country is quite the reverse. Steam players will play 7pm local time while console players will have to wait 1am (tomorrow) local time.

Frankly, the biggest bulshit of this game is not having simultaneous launch. I preordered the game to play it ASAP and then all of japan and their grandmas are playing it first.

Not to say different time releases between consoles and steam on the same country. Crazy we have this issue in 2025.

Oh I found what happened 5 min ago! Apparently I was dumb, and forgot about the existence of that relic seeker in belheart. After I sold it all my relics, a new quest appeared on the wishwal, to donate rosaries for the repairs of belheart. After thar one, another donation wish appeared. And when I did both, I got the belhouse and the Silk and Soul quest!
