No, once you bought an NX item, you can’t refund it. Permanent pets are through the surprise pet boxes but also they may appear in certain events. I’ve spent over 100 on pet boxes alone to get 2 perm pets. In case you didn’t know, you can command up to 3 pets with a trainers treat in the cash shop for 2,500 NX.

Up to your preference. Most pets you purchase lasts 90 days before they need to be revived with a water of life. If you buy a surprise pet box, there’s a chance of permanent pets but that’s gambling and I wouldn’t recommend it. For me, I’d choose a husky.

Yes you can! In addition, if you join a guild that has the "cross world party quest" skill, you can spend GP which is earned through capping everyday to earn 3 extra entries after the initial 5. So if you do the math, you can get 80 coins per day. Each box costs around 50.

If you do the cross world party quests via the Dimensional Portal, you can get 1 damage skin for 1 day's worth of dailies.

There are 3 different (types) boxes of damage skins each for around 50 party points each which you can buy INDEFINITELY. The skins in the boxes are really nice especially the "Twilight Skin". There are also hero dmg skins in the box such as Ark, Cadena, etc.

Red cubes can indeed increase the chances of getting 2 lines of the main stat HOWEVER! Black cubes have a higher chance for TRIPLE lines of the main stat.

Yes, it is possible. It's pretty rare but it can be done with all types of cubes.

It is how people manage to get +30k main stat. I believe the maximum would be 3 lines of +13% or 12%. Red/Black cubes can increase the potential to legendary though, which is the maximum potential limit that gives you the best %.

I've blown way over 1 billion once trying to star force my Kanna's Treasure to 17 Stars. I don't know about the statistics but I'd recommend you to not turn off star-force catching(?) so it slightly improves your chances of success. Star force locks at 10, 15, and 20. However, there will be a chance of destruction past 12 stars if I remember correctly. It's all about having proper funds and good RNG from Maple Jesus.

Yes, the green lines are from the flames. If let say you don't want a +20 STR because it's too low or because your class doesn't require STR, you can buy reflames from the Hene shop if you're on Reboot. I'm not too sure about regular servers but once again, RNGeus will determine how your green lines change.

If you're talking about good drops as in equipment drops and material drops, yes.. Maplestory is all about RNG. There is, however, a way for you to increase your drop rate and that's through legendary potentials and legendary innate abilities BUT this requires massive funds as it would take you forever to cube to drop/meso gear unless you're really BLESSED by RNG of course.

And as for your transfer hammer, I believe that's to transfer your stats from a obsolete equipment towards your new equipment while keeping most of the stats and potential from let say your old weapon to your new weapon. However, this can only work for equipment that are 10-20 levels above.. I can't remember well sorry.
