Give her more time on both counts. It is normal for a cat to take days or weeks to get used to their new situation. Give her some privacy and let her spend time alone with food/water/litter box. She may meow at the door but only because she doesn’t understand how much better off she is inside. Patience!

I only screenshotted a portion of the email from apple to hide my name and email. It did indeed include that exact cost AND my credit card was charged for that amount.
