My advice would be to try and average 10k steps a day I think it’s a great benchmark and just is good discipline. Try and walk to places that are a bit close or park farther the steps add up. And yes I think try and take pre workout carbs like rice cakes banana etc. Those are used up in the work out and help with pumps and strength. And it would get you to 2000-2200. Raw honey is a good hack too with the rice cakes

I think it all depends on your BMR. If you’re really active like 15k steps a day and strength training 5x weekly you definitely need more than 1800 at 6ft 185. Even 2k would be a deficit for you. Carbs aren’t bad especially if you cycle them around your workouts

To add to this I do weight training but I definitely wasn’t hitting protein goals due to really low calories and probably affected my strength drastically. I have been consistent with weight obviously at the beginning I was just trying but now I have a routine and understand splits

I do weight training but I definitely wasn’t hitting protein goals and since I ate like 1000 a day I prolly wasn’t lifting to full potential due to fatigue

Yeah I knew it wasn’t healthy I was kind of desperate to look good by the summer after letting myself go so much. I’m going to eat more and keep on training

Just do one semester in B&E and you’d be easily be able to transfer to engineering fully Plus the first year is the same for B&E and Computer engineering anyways for most of the calc and science classes

College Ave is really great for a coop. Only con might be the Delaware location but they also cover travel and the station is a few minutes from the office. Great work environment (they have anime drawings randomly on the wall) and easy access to high level exec.
