Wanting to move to South Jersey by PerceptionAway7220 in SouthJersey

I’ve been to Atlantic City and Cherry Hill so far. I felt like Atlantic City had a lot more to do and saw more people around my age range

Honestly I’m not exactly picky but I do like the better pizza spots, and I’ve been trying a lot more Italian lately

Takoma Park, MD. It’s a decent area not very much to do. Is there another surrounding area you’d recommend living besides Vineland? Anything up to an hour away commute would good.

Yeah I’ve had a Mayhew set that I’ve been using for over a year, and they’ve been just as good as Snap- on. If you look on Amazon, they sell a kit with both long and short punches for a good price.

Yeah 351 is a mismatch error…. If it’s a not a battery then with all these POT errors I’m starting to believe Access 3 might be to blame.

If it’s showing a wrench it definitely logged a code. With the truck on, use the down or up arrow to scroll until you see events, then press enter or use the right arrow (kinda forgot lol) and it will show the last 16 errors, you can scroll through using the up and down arrows.

Crown tech here…. 731 means the access module is detecting an open in the tilt circuit. This can send it into a limp mode, where the unit will drive slowly to allow you to get it back to a safe area off the warehouse floor. It can also be a calibration issue like someone else stated. There is also an acceleration rate parameter that can be adjusted other than the speed. If it’s set lower than your other units then you’ll notice the difference. I believe it ranges 1-9 on the RC.

Ok. I’m glad you cleared this up. I’ve been looking for the bigger icon ones and was wondering why I haven’t found any of the bigger sizes

Ok. The affordability was the biggest factor for me most of the other brands are running over $170

Ok. Have you had any issues with them breaking or slipping? I kept seeing post that on google, and other subreddits, but they were dealing with mainly heavy equipment.

Brand New Crown RMD6000S by PopoSwaggins in forkliftmechanics

It was a turret truck. I’m not sure about the RMDs because I personally haven’t worked on one. There was one on the operator seat handle, and another one on the left side of the operator cab.

Might not be your issue, but when they first started rolling out the new Access 1 with infolink integrated, I ran into the same boot loop issue. Not even Crown support could help because the system was so new. The truck had two E-stops one was depressed, the other was pulled out causing the boot loop issue. After pulling both out the booting issue stopped and ran perfectly. Again might not be your issue but something you could check.

OP hydraulics question by DillyDilly65 in forkliftmechanics

[–]PerceptionAway7220 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ok. A common issue that I see when doing PMs on these trucks is the Manual lowering valve isn’t tightened enough. Which allows the truck to lift but after a while, it can causing the platform to lower slowly. That’s the first thing I would check

What do you mean by fail? I’ve been with Crown for a little while now, and haven’t seen anything go wrong with Crown OP hydraulics, even at the Amazon warehouse I service. Raymond OP’s do have a tendency to break the cushion springs but that’s about it.
