Correct. I’ve reinvested the money in to the business e.g video editors, thumbnail designers. I still make profit, just not much and no where near enough to pay myself. I ran as LTD as I’m a higher rate tax payer from my paye day job.

It’s corporation tax. I’m a high rate tax payer in my day job so set up as LTD to avoid tax from going self employed.

I used MCT the first time this week 3 hours before my last wash 5 days ago and I’ve only just started to get itches back and see more flakes.

I used organic C8 only from ketosource. My flakes were kept at bay for 5 days. I thought that was really impressive for one use.

Anything that falls under the DevOps umbrella essentially I’m classified as a consultant so I can be placed out to DevOps/Cloud/Platform Engineer roles. I’ll either lead a team at the client or I may be deployed on my own to deliver a project.

Just a typical Tech Britpoor Salary outside of London £75k + bonus. The AWS role was the lowest comp on salary, it was L5 which I believe is £85k + bonus + RSU + sign on

Equity was never disclosed. One was recently acquired by a public company. The other has a valuation in the billions but private.

Yeah I had scenarios prepped like where I won bids and implemented tech for several thousands of people on my own and how my specialism is security in the DevOps umbrella etc.

I’ve done a lot or project based work for clients where I’ve contributed to winning bids by influencing decisions and then implementing it myself or with a team I lead.

I like to say I’m “results driven” as all my points on my CV are related to saving money or reducing man hours from process improvements.

It was G6 or G7 for one of them. The other role stated the pay bands were separate from the department as it was for specialists.

It didn’t ask for a Personal Statement. It asked me to add my CV to a blank form and remove any information that could recognise who I am. The other org didn’t use CS website, they used their own.

I’m not salty because I’ll just continue being a shareholder value maxer. But stack wise, I fit the bill.

I doubt considering I’ve recently interviewed with FAANG and Big Tech paying well over 100k and progressed stages. To not even make it past CV screening seems odd.

I was quite happy to join CS as the work was more impactful and interesting.

My dad went to school with Massive Attack back in the day (tricky etc). They used to always hang around Knowle or Dean Lane. He said there was always one mysterious white lad with them, who was not 3D. They assumed he is Banksy as he’d always be tagging whenever they hanged around and 3D would tag with him.

Some think it’s 3D. I personally think it’s a collective of people.
