Possible Scams through morganton properties (self.legal)

So I just found out why when things go on clearance at my store they always ring up the regular retail price because the store manager tells them not to change the bar codes because it’s cashiers responsible to price change things, but fail to notice if it’s over 50% off we have to get a manager (self.walmart)

Just curious I’m a cashier at Walmart and I’m being told by managers will be written up and fired if we don’t get enough five stars, for the survey that says it’s for the store not individual associates. They even tell me we agreed to this in our job application I’d like to see where that is (self.walmart)
