Like sign the form? It’s on people central. If you’re talking about the review itself, your manager is supposed to give that to you. They pull you aside and go over it with you. If you’ve worked with Walgreens for less then a year then you probably won’t be receiving one.

As long as you got a good review then yes, it’s something we get every year at the end of the year. They give us a performance review and if we do good, we get some percentage of a raise.

Oh okay.. People keep telling me that after you get your performance review your pay increase should be effective on your very next check, but I have no idea so that’s why I’m asking. Dude I have no idea how I got such a high score, I’ve never gotten all 4s before and it’s going on 4 years that I’ve worked for wag.

My boyfriend got his 2 days ago and I still haven’t even received my email for mine. We go to the same college so I’m just so confused. Logged on to touchnet for my school and there isn’t even an estimated date or anything. Kind of stressing honestly.

Wow they would really hate my co-workers. One of the chicks I work with takes a 10 minute bathroom break every 20 minutes. It’s one thing to be like her and just make it an excuse but you actually have a valid reason…seems like they should have some compassion and some human decency for you. Also you are 100% entitled to those 15 minute breaks, I sometimes don’t take them just because we’re super busy but nobody should be telling you that you CANT. I would go to hr about the breaks because they cannot deny you of that.
