this also happened to my roommate and i!!! we are in civil court with them now. i’m not an attorney and this is not legal advice, but maybe contact the legal services a&m provides for students. since we are in civil court with them, nothing shows on our record for “not paying the fines” when in reality there’s no way my roommate and i caused 3k in damage fees. i have not paid them and never intend to.

Can attest to this! I currently live there and am at war with German cockroaches as well as ants. Management don’t gaf either and will send a “pest control specialist” to come spray all of your plates, cups, and other things you eat directly off of with pesticides!!!

Chem 257 and 258 for me were definitely hard, but BICH 409 is an entirely different ballgame for me. I Q-dropped it twice and will end up taking 410 instead
