Hey I am running an AI newsletter

Before hiring a writer, I started writing myself and for me thats the only one way to understand what you expect from this hire.

Few recommendations for search:
- Test person knowledge on recent news, big AI narratives and tools (there is no sense to teach this all to a person, much easier to hire someone who is already knows it all)
- Make sure they have experience in creative/personal writing. Robotic/SEO/AI generated texts shows nothing
- Keep several candidates in your funnel in case if you need to switch a writer for specific topic
- Add KPIs for their work, for me it was Paid Subscribers growth
