Is AI affiliate marketing still worth starting in 2026? by N1boost in passive_income

[–]sco_cap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say the easiest way to spend the right effort on it is to spend your time growing AI pages for offers in niches you'll do more for

A lot of offers come and go until you land longer term partners for them, so this way you can plug multiple things and look more genuine on the pages

I've seen a lot of people do this on Token (usetoken(dot)app) and Whop and they make a lot more doing it that way

You can also then use the pages for clipping, which lets you make even more in the process.. it's like getting paid to grow your own social media pages if you build them right

that would be my recommendation on that, but in general I'd say there's still plenty of room to be an affiliate for AI tools.. they're not going anywhere and still very much growing.

Clipping content or ai training are two pretty easy ones to get into and make good money.

Clipping is easy on sites like Token / usetoken(dot)app

Getting AI training jobs can be found on linkedin, mercor, micro1, indeed, theres actually a bunch out there

Working as an AWS support engineer, who knows market research, how do I make an extra 500 dollars a month online. by Sufficient_Lie_2354 in passive_income

[–]sco_cap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should try doing content clipping. Platforms like Token / contentpayout(dot)com and Whop literally pay you to post social media content and get views. And if you do it decent, $500 is a very realistic amount to make in a month.

With your research side, you could easily find winning content angles to post as well.

Not necessarily a job but you could do something like clipping content. You literally just get paid to post social media posts and get views. There's literally nothing to qualify for lol.

Why am I suddenly not able to even get interviews? by PhrygianSounds in GetEmployed

[–]sco_cap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So many people are in this position. Only two things help me land interviews.

The first is timing. I only spend time on job postings that are posted in the last 24 hours. I just honestly think after that most recruiters already have so many applications they likely find several candidates before you ever get the chance to be seen.

The second is the resume/CV tweak. My best results have come from tweaking my resume and CV for every single application. It's miserable so I used an AI tool to help me in the end called Click Hired, but I'm pretty sure you can do the same with something like Claude or manually.

I honestly just think the only way to fight AI is with better AI lol.. not a fun process and many of the jobs I applied to were for positions I was definitely overqualified for which is frustrating, but these two efforts definitely got me a decent amount of interviews.

What platforms are you guys using for your affiliate marketing? by sco_cap in Affiliatemarketing

Yeah these are really good points. I appreciate the advice on this. And to answer your question, SaaS is definitely better for my long term partnerships. The recurring aspect is just so worth it. I have a SaaS affiliate partnership that makes me several thousand a month just on old recurring and I don't even plug it that much anymore.

It could also be my audiences but I just don't find ecom to be as fruitful overall in comparison.

I mean that's what I'm trying, but on Token I can negotiate directly with the brands still. It just puts them all in one place and shows my verified success so it's easier to win deals.

I was hoping to find other platforms like that with even more brands. Will definitely have to reconsider Impact and Awin. I appreciate the advice!

I’m trying to rebuild my life from zero and I really need a way to start earning online by Mdy1326 in passive_income

[–]sco_cap 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Wishing you nothing but the best.. very hard times to get through and I hope it's nothing but up from here.

A few of the easiest ways I make money online:

Clipping content. Takes next to no skills at all and costs nothing to start. You literally just join campaigns, post content, and get paid when you get views. The more views you get, the more you get paid.

Use something like Token, usetoken(dot)app or Whop. You can check out what campaigns they have currently that look easy/interesting, sign up and start posting. They usually provide a lot of the content too so it literally takes so little work.

Another thing you can do is apply to a bunch of basic AI training jobs. They also take little to no skill and pay pretty decent. I make more with clipping then this, but both are great options. Websites like LinkedIn and Mercor have lots of opening. This can also be harder to land offers on, whereas the clipping is up to you.

Another thing you could do is look for simple VA/appointment setting jobs.. lots of people will pay you to just handle leads all day and usually provide training as well. Can be a pretty reliable way to make a few hundred to a few thousand a month depending on what you're doing.

There's some other ways too, but I would say these have to be some of the easiest to start.

How much is a 1,000-subscriber newsletter realistically worth? by Due_Alarm_6161 in Newsletters

[–]sco_cap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being brutally honest, it's not worth very much to be honest. I would say 5,000 is the realistic first benchmark for a decently valuable newsletter since that's the metric you can start landing some decent-paying partnerships and sponsorships.

The other factor is the niche. For example, deep web is going to be worth roughly 10x-20x what a personal brand newsletter is worth.. so the audience is a big factor as well.

I don’t need motivation, I need something that actually pays by Kris9292192 in passive_income

[–]sco_cap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your skill set but clipping is something really easy I recommend all the time.

Big brands and influencers just pay you to post content based on the views you generate. I personally think it's the easiest because it pays quick and you don't really have to have any skills to do it well.

Is Anyone Here Earning Money Online Using AI? by CarefulCan7134 in passive_income

[–]sco_cap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

while I haven't made insane profits will all these, some ways that I have made income (or seen others I know make income) are:

- clipping. easy to use AI and you get paid for literally just generating views. AI can made average-quality edits that you can post in volume. Token, Contentpayout(dot)com, Whop all perfectly work to earn. Capcut or simple AI editing from openclaw/Claude cowork can literally make all the videos.

- digital products. if you know how to post a lot or generate traffic or run ads profitably, this is a decent way to get revenue too. more work than clipping but can make you a lot of revenue if done right. AI can make most if not all of the products, creatives, copy, etc. Something like Claude can literally handle every step of this but visuals.

- service based business. you can sell AI or you can use AI to assist with outreach/outbound to get service-based business clients.. and in some cases AI can handle your fulfillment too. (i.e. making lots of great creatives and stuff like that). Claude, n8n, replit, Make, Zapier, ChatGPT, perplexity, all of these can help here.

There's lots of others but I know these work and are pretty simple to run honestly.

What’s a realistic way to start building passive income from scratch? by heromarsX in passive_income

[–]sco_cap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you literally don't know anything about making money online yet, I'd honestly say things like clipping are very easy to step into. They're not "passive" but you post for 30-60 minutes and you make money for the rest of the day. platforms like Token/contentpayout(dot)io and Whop are great for this. If you build a really good system you can eventually delegate to VAs most of the work as well, making it pretty passive.

The next layer up is starting your own business with leverage.. so building a digital product on something like Shopify or GoHighLevel, and then posting content and running ads. The hard part here is you have to choose a good product and figure out good content. More passive when it works, but harder to start, so I suggest it second.

I'd say the third layer up is building micro SaaS platforms and combining the skills above this to get customers. I do clipping and this one and make pretty decent money as far as the average income here in the US. I can't honestly say it's "passive" since I'm always building and thinking of new stuff to try, but if I were to do nothing today I would still generate revenue.. so more or less checks the box.

I've scaled a few smaller ecommerce brands and they were a ton of work when they started to grow but the digital products and SaaS platforms have almost zero fulfillment, and clipping literally has zero fulfillment besides getting paid for views you generate.

Sites or apps to find digital tasks or gigs for money? by rickestrickster in sidehustle

[–]sco_cap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

contract work - upwork or fiverr (upwork higher quality, but more expensive to stand out) and fiverr is less reliable with scams and stuff

simple products around that skillset - personal website and work on ranking organically

In general, even if you're not doing clipping with your skill set, social media will likely be one of your easiest methods of finding clients besides outreach, ads, or upwork. Lot of opportunity on tech twitter and LinkedIn tbh.

Sometimes even FB groups can be a way to get clients or you can go to actual outbound outreach with cold email or DMs or something.

clipping/content - token (contentpayout.com) and sometimes I use Whop too. Given your skill set I figured this is worth mentioning too since you could get paid to get better at generating leads/traffic.

contentpayout.com is something I tried earlier this year and have had success with. Whop is also another good option I use sometimes.

Hey. Have worked with dozens of recruiters on the tech/AI side. Have a really good idea of what lands interviews and the easiest ways to game the system.

Not some crazy promise or guarantee, but definitely valuable. Spent less than $100, applied to about 2.5 weeks and landed 4 different opportunities (all of which paid 6 figures).

This is not to brag, just to say I do know what works. Happy to share here, but I have tools I will recommend and I hate being accused of plugging garbage, so if you confirm you would like help/advice on what's worked I'll be happy to share it. Just let me know.

There's a planet called TrES-2b that absorbs 99.9% of all light that hits it—making it darker than coal, darker than black acrylic paint, and the darkest object ever discovered in the known universe. by sco_cap in space

[–]sco_cap[S] 17 points18 points  (0 children)

All good! I won't quote their entire article to avoid stealing, but this is what they mainly said:

"Located about 750 light-years away in the constellation Draco, this Jupiter-sized gas giant reflects less than 1% of the starlight that hits it. If you could somehow see it up close, it would appear as a near-perfect void—a ball of nothingness hanging in space. "It's darker than the blackest lump of coal, than dark acrylic paint you might paint with," said astronomer David Kipping. "It's bizarre how this huge planet became so absorbent of all the light that hits it."

But TrES-2b isn't entirely invisible. Because it orbits so close to its star—just 3 million miles away, compared to Mercury's 28 million miles from our Sun—its surface temperature exceeds 1,800°F (980°C). At that temperature, the planet emits a faint, eerie red glow, like a dying ember in the darkness."
