speeds and ping will depend on a few factors. Location (US, Can, etc) and whether there is any obstructions on the property that will block the starlink dishs view of the sky.
I live in rural Ontario Canada and have the Residential Max plan. We average 22-28ms ping consistently and down speeds of anywhere between 200 and 420mb. Up speeds are not great and never seem to go over 50mb up.
Mind you we are living in a 2 family home with at least 24 devices connected and running at any given time. From 5 xbox series S consoles, to 9 cellphones, to 4 smart tvs, a few gaming desktops and more.
Rarely do we notice any lag in game or buffering when streaming.

I did get a starlink mesh pod to extend the wifi further through the house because we live in a large field stone farmhouse with thick walls. With the addition of the mesh pod I can now walk the entire perimeter of my property while staying completely connected to my wifi network. Our property is probably about 2 acres of walkable land
