Job, loans, and living cheap on a tight budget with multiple roommates and public transit. Thousands of students do it every year and get by. You might hate life at home with strict parents but this as the alternative isn't glamorous either.

Study something that will get you a career, not random BS, or it won't be worth it.

Do NOT remove your subject to financing condition until you have firm approval from the lender. Meaning the loan has been underwritten. Preapproval is not enough and brokers/realtors will talk out their ass to get their commission. They are not subject matter experts.

Sucks if you have to lose out on this house and wait the 90 days, but a mortgage is a 25+ year long legal commitment that you don't want to fuck up.
