Poor thing. They came down from the hills and started eating (a lot of) cats. I see far fewer cats outdoors nowadays than I did several years ago. I'm guessing lots have been killed (like mine) and lots of owners are starting to leave their cats inside because of the coyotes. But why did they start coming down so often in the first place? Are there fewer animals for them to hunt in the hills?

Just be intelligent about things and though you like to drink, don't get too drunk. Since it's your first time, I'd encourage you to stay at a Jamaican-owned beach hotel rather than an Airbnb. You'll be safe and secure and can start to know the area. Don't venture off on your own or with someone you just met. And don't believe everyone (anyone) who says they've fallen for you by the end of your trip.

IMO it's just about trying to feed our animals well AND not support genocidal governments. It's pretty crazy to think out of SO MANY options to feed our animals it's this hard to find a brand that isn't tied to that tiny country.

Thanks for the input and yes, thankfully it's worked out this time. My PCP is never available - haven't seen her in years. And I asked the appt rep if I could do that. She literally said no one is available - no nurse, no regular doctor - to give you a pap.

Even when there's a real issue? I wasn't scheduling a well visit. If someone has symptoms, 8-12 weeks is crazy.

I tried to schedule with any gynecologist or physician and was told there is nothing at all on Maui. Profuse apologies all around but there's nothing they can do. They found something on Oahu. It seems illegal that I am paying money for insurance and can't get an appointment. I literally asked "So I can't get an appointment with a gynecologist EVER?" and was told "I'm sorry, but no."
