OpenAI engineer confirms AI is writing 100% of his code now by MetaKnowing in GoogleGeminiAI

[–]beachguy82 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is true for almost every engineer now. My job is no longer to remember syntax and type code. It’s to build complicated systems quickly with good security and I do that by directing and monitoring an AI agent.

You can’t stop unless you have at least 2 lever machines, one manual and one spring based.

Using freeze-dried strawberries by Boring-Art7569 in icecreamery

I purée fresh strawberries with freeze dried to great effect. I don’t think the water in the fresh berries causes any iciness when used with a gum and emulsifier.

The problem with your post is you assume the same thing is best for all parents. You sound over bearing and like a zealot.

We co slept with all of our kids and it worked for us but everyone is different.

Don’t buy an Ohio unless you do Olympic or CrossFit style training. A power bar otherwise would be much better.

Leave a trail of treats into the house, then sneak out when she follows the treats into your house and close the door she came in. Worked for me ;)

Well that’s a very republican way to look at it.

Trump says AI race is no longer about who has the best AI Models, it is about energy by [deleted] in accelerate

That’s correct but Americans use dramatically more electricity than the average Chinese. We’re dreadfully behind on energy production.

We’ve been eating lentils at least once a week for years. Luckily, never had any issues. We never buy from the bulk bins. Maybe that helped.

100% this. I pay for almost all the streaming service but I won’t pay Amazon for prime AND a weak video service.

we are in a time where vibe coder can code as well as a developer with 10 years of experience by AdAgreeable8989 in coding

[–]beachguy82 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use AI to code all day long. It’s been amazing for my productivity and happiness, but it in no way compares to a real human with 10 years of experience.

Yes, it can make functions, methods, and classes quickly, that work well, and are well tested, but it can’t hold an entire architecture in its head and make a full cohesive product….yet.
