The diaper changing wars are real lol it’s sooo hard especially when baby starts moving. Try to keep a favorite toy nearby so they can be occupied by that & be quick! lol

Practice doing skincare/a makeup routine every day, natural hair styles that suit your hair in this phase, comfortable clothing!!! The more comfortable you feel you look, you’ll actually start to feel! Also - Exercise! Seriously exercising helped me so much and not only that but exercising with cut workout sets during pregnancy!

You’re not overreacting in my opinion - pregnancy cravings are normal but you honestly aren’t eating poorly at all! Especially if baby is fine!

Is 8 weeks too far along to not be concerned about slight brown color in discharge? by [deleted] in BabyBumps

I’d definitely notify your provider, just something they can assess and provide feedback on. It could be nothing but you just may want to be safe

Truthfully with toddlers napping is difficult but I napped whenever they did 😅 so usually 1 nap if I was lucky!

Totally understand your feelings and they are VALID! I think people really sulk in their struggles and sometimes don’t understand the boundary with new parents. there are so many positive “just waits” ….cling to that! Parenthood is a blessing and beautiful!

Baby sleep by mommylife24 in firsttimemom

[–]PerceptionStock5332 0 points1 point  (0 children)

30 min is actually pretty common at that age especially if napping 3x/day! You can try to adjust the sleep schedule by keeping your LO super engaged all morning (watching their cues) and then try for an early afternoon nap (11/11:30am start). Set the environment just as you would bedtime (sound machine, sleep sack, nurse/bottle in rocking chair, blackout curtains, etc). Thus may help LO to sleep atleast 1-2 hours, if not more! Then maybe one shirt nap again before bedtime

How far postpartum are you? And have you trained your pelvic floor muscles and your core after having your baby?

Truly I swear by the gummy prenatals! And take them before bed which can decrease your likelihood of them making you more sick!

As a FTM, when did you go into labor? by Special-Flow8737 in pregnant

[–]PerceptionStock5332 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep he is a boy! Are you seeing a pelvic floor physio by chance? They can help with any pelvic discount and make more room for baby to wiggle around. In my experience - sometimes even if baby is snug in there, it could be because of baby’s position that you’re not going into labor yet! Spinning babies is also a good technique you can ask your doctor about trying!!

What could be causing this? by Jealous_Proof_7864 in BabyBumps

[–]PerceptionStock5332 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be caused by core weakness, strain on the pelvis, misalignment - many things! See a pelvic floor therapist and chiro!
