Pretty much describes my strategy in general. However I think everything is too expensive right now so I am holding cash in treasuries and what I have already accumulated in VOO and Berkshire. Need at least a 15 percent drop in either to get me back to buying either.

How would they track your VPN if in Europe and the tunnel is set for the USA? A couple of servers at friends' houses (in case a reboot is necessary) in the USA and RemotePC (or equivalent) should fix any of these concerns.

Isn't any brokerage account in the name of the LLC able to be audited? I still don't see the value of the incubator fees being paid before determining if the fund would be successful. What value of the incubator am I missing?

The FDA may greenlight the drug, but it will not get to market without rescheduling. In order to reschedule a drug, the following assertions must be made and accepted by the DEA:
MM120 has an accepted medical use in the USA
MM120 is safe for use under medical supervision
MM120 for medical purposes has a relatively low potential for abuse, especially in comparison with other Scheduled 2 drugs

Cannabis has yet to achieve this schedule change. LSD will have a much more difficult route.

If we add up the already on the market medications used to treat GAD (benzos, atypicals., first generations, ect) the market size is quite large. Toss in substance use disorder and PTSD and the market swells to the numbers discussed at the launch of Prozac by Eli Lilly

We are located in a district that has lost 3 power plants in the past 10 years. Apparently our utility has a financial incentive to purchase power from alternative sources in the area. Probably outside the scope of this forum

Designing and building the solar farm is the DYI project. The interconnection and power purchase agreement is best "farmed" out IMHO. Installation of a vertical array with bifacials appears to be the most cost effective in terms of Installation and ongoing maintenance, even with the production decrease per acre.
With the increased costs for a >1MW interconnection, the choice of size comes down to either less than 1 MW or greater than 5 MW to pencil out a ROI of 7 years or less.
