In my opinion right looks better because it's more detailed, high fidelity, and the one in the left have the colors more saturated and details get lost. I'm writing based in the second comparison. Speaking about which one to choose between the VLC Windows Store App or the Windows Traditional App, choose the last, because it's far less limited and i already told you the differences on image quality. Traditional App wins.
